Payment Policy
Cut@Home is located in the epicenter of the crafting industry - Utah! We are a small, (yet fast growing!) family owned company nestled in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains southeast of Salt Lake City. We are open Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm, MST. We make every attempt to answer all emails within 48 business hours. Se habla Espanol!
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. We do not accept PayPal. We do not charge your card until your order is shipped. If you would like your card charged when your order is placed, then please make a note in the order comments section of your order form. If your bank has declined your credit card, we will hold your order for you and contact you by email for payment information. After two attempts and we are unable to reach you,. we will cancel your order. We will not ship any orders until payment has been made. If you would like us to split your shipment, then you need to give us permission to do so with the understanding you may incur additional shipping charges.
